General Policy

1. One Session takes approximately one hour.
2. There will be no credit or refund for missed sessions. If client cancels his/her scheduled session less than 24 hour prior to his/her session, he/she will be responsible for a $45.00 fee.
3. Client will pay in advance for his/her sessions. Client acknowledges and agrees that there is no refund for purchased services. However, if a credit is applied, you will be responsible for a $10 administrative fee.
4. Client is responsible for a Return Check Fee of $30 for each returned check.
5. Client is responsible for a $25 Chargeback-Retrieval Fee for each chargeback fee that occurs through a credit card use.
6. Client will complete and sign Health History Questionnaire prior to the beginning of his/her first session.
7. Services and group class schedule are subjected to change without notice. There is no guarantee for services.

Private/ Semi-private / Group Sessions

1. Package of five one hour GYROTONIC, Personal Training, Pilates, Scoliosis, Senior Citizen and Semi-Private Session must be completed within seven weeks from the date of purchase.
2. Package of ten one hour GYROTONIC, GYROTONIC Group Session, GYROKINESIS, Personal Training, Pilates, Scoliosis, Senior Citizen and Semi-Private Session must be completed within fourteen weeks from the date of purchase.
3. Package of five 30 minute GYROTONIC, Personal Training, Pilates, Scoliosis, Senior Citizen and Semi-Private Sessions must be completed within three weeks from the date of purchase.
4. Package of ten 30 minute GYROTONIC, Personal Training, Pilates, Scoliosis, Senior Citizen and Semi-Private Sessions must be completed within seven weeks from the date of purchase.

Massage therapy/ Swedish massage / Bodywork Sessions

1. Package of five 30 minute sessions must be completed within two months from the date of purchase.
2. Package of five one-hour sessions must be completed within five months from the date of purchase.

GYROTONIC Group Class

1. Participants must complete a minimum of ten Private Sessions before beginning the GYROTONIC Group Class. Trainer's approval is required.
2. Scheduling an appointment and reserving a spot in the GYROTONIC Group Class is required. However, availability of the equipment is not guaranteed.
3. There will be no credit or refund for missed sessions. If the participant cancels his/her session less than 24 hour prior to his/her scheduled session, he/she will be responsible for a $15.00 fee.

Independent GYROTONIC/Pilates Program (IGP)

1. One session takes approximately one hour.
2. Participants must complete a minimum of twenty Private Sessions before beginning the Independent GYROTONIC/ Pilates Program. Trainer's approval is required.
3. Ten Independent sessions are valid for ten weeks.
4. To ensure the correct performance of exercises, after completion of every ten independent sessions, participant is required to complete one private session (10% off on regular price).
5. If participant’s IGP is interrupted for more than four weeks, he /she is required to complete a minimum of one private session.
6. Scheduling an appointment and reservation of the equipment is required. However, availability of the equipment is not guaranteed.
7. There will be no credit or refund for missed sessions. If the participant cancels his/her session less than 24 hour prior to his/her scheduled session, he/she will be responsible for a $15.00 fee.
8. Participants must sign the Release of Liability Form.
