Gyrotonic®
GYROTONIC is a unique exercise
machine. Unlike other exercise machines where the body
is limited to linear motions, GYROTONIC allows and promotes
the natural and three-dimensional movements of the body.
Complete Scoliosis
Program (For Patients)
Regardless of the degree of scoliosis or its cause,
scoliosis is always accompanied by muscle imbalance
and soft tissue tightness. If these two issues are not
addressed correctly, they can lead to progression of
the curves with eventual development of pain and deformity.
Massage
Therapy
As a nearly 2400 years old treatment technique, massage
therapy is recommended by physicians more often. Massage
therapy can be used to treat painful ailments and overused

we offer will allow to choose the type of yoga that you find fit to your needs.
Pilates Reformer
and Mat
We use Pilates not only as great fitness program but
also as an important tool for different sports training
and rehabilitation. It strengthens the core muscles
(abdominals and back muscles), and the upper and lower
extremities.
