Group GYROTONIC

During the one hour group session, you will be using GYROTONIC equipment under professional supervision and guidance of our certified trainers. Maximum of three people can participate in a GYROTONIC group session. Our group sessions are a great opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of GYROTONIC system for less money.

How does it work?

It is very easy. Finish the minimum of 10 Private GYROTONIC sessions. Then purchase a package of 10 GYROTONIC Group sessions. Chose a day and hour from the group class schedule and reserve a spot for yourself. And then just come to the class and enjoy your workout.

Since there can be three participants in each class, you need to reserve a spot ahead of time. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more details.

What is the difference between GYROTONIC Group and GYROTONIC Semi-private session?

There are three main differences:

• The times and days for GYROTONIC Group classes are fixed. With GYROTONIC Semi-private sessions, you have more freedom to make an appointment according to your schedule and the availability of our trainers.
   
• The minimum of two participants are required for GYROTONIC Semi-private sessions, whereas even just a single person can enjoy the GYROTONIC Group sessions.
   
• There are no pre-requirements in order to participate in GYROTONIC Semi-private sessions.
