Shahram Boroumand

Shahram Boroumand is a certified physical therapist from Germany. After his successful graduation from Hessische Lichtenau physical therapy school in 1995, he continued working in an in-patient neurological rehabilitation clinic, where he was trained in Bobath technique. During his two years working in that clinic, Shahram had the opportunity to treat patients with variety of neurological diagnosis like: MS, paraplegia, Parkinson, and cerebral paresis. Soon, after he began working in an orthopedic out-patient clinic, he started a two year Manual Therapy continuing education course (Kaltenborn), which he completed successfully.
In 2000, he started his training in Gyrotonic Expansion System® and GYROKINESIS in Rheintal clinic in Bad Krozingen with master trainer Paul Horvath and Thomas Wohlburg. During the course in 2005 in Santa Clara with the Gyrotonic founder, Juliu Horvath, Shahram refined his GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS techniques.
Shahram D. Boroumand is a certified GYROTONIC and certified GYROKINESIS trainer. He is trained in Lehnart Schroth techniques (three dimensional scoliosis techniques), Applied Kinesiology, and Reflexology.
Shahram has valuable knowledge of body mechanics. He has work experiences with people of all age groups, people with acute or chronic pain, athletes, tennis players, and golf players.

Audrey J. Muller-Hartwig, DPT, MPT

Audrey's formal education began at the University of California, Davis where she graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Exercise Science. After working for several years as a certified personal trainer, Audrey attended graduate school, earning both a doctor and master of physical therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago. Today she works as a licensed physical therapist in the areas of general orthopedics, sports, geriatrics, repetitive injury, and hand therapy.

Audrey is a bay area native with a passion for fitness and wellness. She has always lived an active lifestyle. While in high school she was a competitive long distance runner. While in college she was a member of the NCAA women's rowing team. Today she compliments her love for long distance running with practicing yoga and hiking the trails of the bay area.
